#1 - Dribble the ball up the court and go at #2's spot.  Your reads are as follows: #2 on the stagger double, #5 in the low post on the switch, and #4 slipping to the front of the rim on the switch.
#2 - Once #1 commits to the dribble on your side, execute a back cut and come off of the stagger double set by #'s 4 and 5.
#3 - Stay on your side.
#4 - Trailer.  Set the second screen in the stagger double and slip to the front of the rim once #2 clears.
#5 - Post up low.  Set first screen and slip back to the low post for a possible post feed once #2 clears.
