End of clock play, but can be ran in all situations. OKC utilizes it to get Paul George a three point look. Personally, I like the two post up options, however they were not looked for in this situation due to the time and score.

4 fades to weak side corner. 2 back screens for 3. 3 looks to post up.
5 screens for 2 who curls toward ball/basket. Can also post up for inside look. - 5 then re-screens for 3 who comes off for shot.
