Toss the ball out to the elbow. Catch the ball facing away from the basket then reverse pivot so you are facing the basket.

Take one dribble at the basket and stride stop (outside foot lands first then inside foot).

Do each finishing move three times

Finish at the rim off of two feet.

Finish with a back pivot.

Finish with a back pivot and step through.
