This was a nice action run by John Beilein against the Syracuse 2-3 Zone
On the wing pass, the Zone is forced to make decisions on priority coverage
In this situation, x4 got caught and 5 was able to hit 4 on the baseline for an easy lay-up - in the next sequence when this play was run, the defense adjusts, but this time 5 is free for an elbow jumper
High Post Iso vs 2-3 Zone
1 (Burke 3) passes to 2 (Stauskas 11) on the wing forcing x4 to help up the line
As x1 moves to recover:
5 (McGary 4) flashes to the high post and receives the pass from 2 (Stauskas 11)
4 (Robinson III 1) is stepping in as x4 is scrambling to recover
If x4 recovers, 5 (McGary 4) is open for the elbow jumper
