This Dr. Dish shooting drill is designed to get low post reps for post players and wing 3 point shot attempts for guards. Post players should alternate duck in moves and lob seals.
Settings: Location (17), Tempo (Coach's Remote)
Setup: Dr. Dish setup on the wing with net reversed. Coach at the top of the key. A line of post players on the strong block and a line of guards on the opposite block.
Coach receives the first pass and swings the ball to the guard cutting to the wing for a shot.
Coach receives the second pass and throws a lob pass to the post over fronting defense.
Post defense should mix up looks for duck-in or lob moves.
