  • When the ball is on the wing (2), 5 faces the ball. Turn body and eyes to the ball.

  • Let X5 help when the ball is away from you and wait for the ball to come to you.

As the ball swings, FACE THE BALL then time your duck-in into the post and get more of your man and get two feet in the paint.

SWEET CATCH = Both feet in the paint, numbers-to-numbers with the feeder

  • Don't "ball chase" during a possession!

Instead, hunt sweet catches and use your one ball flash wisely.

  • Flash to a seal and a sweet catch!

If your man is level or high, set up high then cut low and seal for a sweet catch.

Don't cut to an area, cut to a seal.
