Wisconsin used this play against Notre Dame in the Sweet 16. It is an option out of their swing offense with a weak side flare to start the play. Then, a shuffle cut is set and the down screen is slipped for a layup.

4 cuts off of a flare screen from 2.
2 steps out and gets the ball.

5 sets a screen for 3.
1 screens down for 5 then slips to the rim.
