Holy Cross used this point series play to get an open shot at the top of the key. The point guard screens away and on the back cut he pops out. If 1 doesn't have something right away 5 can set a ball-screen at the top of the key.

4 sets a rub screen for 5 then cuts to the corner.
5 flashes to the left elbow.
1 passes to 5.

1 screens down for 2.
On the back-cut by 2, 1 pops out.
5 passes to 1.

5 sets a ball-screen for 1 at the top of the key.
