This is a dribble push option in Carolina's secondary break. The ball is reversed to 4 and the back screen is set by the point guard at the top of the key.

1 dribbles up the right wing and passes to 2.
2 passes to 4.

4 passes to 3.
1 sets a back-screen for 4.
5 moves to the ball side block.

4 screens across for 5.
The ball is reversed to 2.
2 looks for 5 inside or to 4 flashing to the elbow.
