Gonzaga used this play early in the WCC tournament seminfinal against BYU. Wiltjer set the down screen as the 4 man and popped out for a shot. He made a good shot fake and took a 1-dribble jump shot.

3 cuts across 4 and 5 at the free throw line to the right wing.
2 clears to the opposite corner.
1 passes to 3.

1 makes a UCLA cut off of 5.
5 steps out and gets the ball from 3.

3 screens down for 1 and 4 screens down for 2.
If 2 makes a back-cut, 4 can pop out for a shot or iso opportunity.
