A great way to get a drop-down isolation post out of a Horns set. Lots of clutter on the initial ball side opens the opposite side for a great post-up. Good play from Quin Snyder.

Horns formation. 1 hits 5 and sets a corner screen over the top

3 swings the ball to 4, while 2 back screens 5 down into the post for a post isolation
