Memphis 3-Player Closeout drill which has many different variations. This version is one we used at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. I like it because it emphasizes footwork and fundamentals, and then turns into live play at the end. Tailor it to your defensive philosophy.

44 Arm is the counter to 43 Arm. It's a half-court set to run against a team that likes to switch the 2-3 screen. This is a go-to set when you need an open 3pt shot as it sets up opportunities for each of your two best shooters.
Former Iowa coach Dr. Tom Davis would run this motion offense set with great success for the Hawkeyes. It incorporates various types of screens (zipper, pin down, flare) to ultimately free up multiple shooters for an open looks. 3 has option to hit whoever is open, or create for themselves in middle of the floor as defense will be spread out and focusing on screens.
