This is an after time out (ATO) play primarily used by Head Coach Nick Nurse and the Toronto Raptors to get Kyle Lowry a pull-up 3-pointer. By keeping the defense honest with the occassional solid cross screen and flex cut, Lowry's defender is forced to trail him as he approaches the "uphill" DHO to make this an effective set play. This set is designed to look like a traditional Horns Side action and is to be used against teams that stunt, trap off the ball or show on the down screen - any coverage that enables the PG to get his defender in his back.
