In the play below, have 1 delay his dribble to the wing until 2 almost reaches the point of the screen from 4. This will occupy X4 for a second before being hit with the backscreen. Loop Hi-Lo
12/19/2013Tuesday night in their nail biting loss to South Florida, Florida Gulf Coast ran this half-court set for a post hi-low isolation. After spending many years at Kansas under Bill Self, it is no surprise that FGCU coach Joe Dooley frequents hi-low actions. If 3 can set a solid screen the goal is for 5 to try and catch in the middle of the paint for a quick score. However, if X5 fights over top of the screen of X3 and X5 switch, 5 is to seal his man on the top side for a lob pass over the top for a finish. See More
