- #5 screens for #4, who pops out to the wing and gets the ball from #1
- #1 cuts to the ballside corner as #5 screens for #2 on the block. #2 cuts to the top
- #5 sprints back and screens for #2. #5 rolls to the basket as #4 replaces at the top
