The non-screening post (#4) steps for the reversal.

On the reversal pass, #4 can look for #5 in a high low situation.

If the high low is not open, #4 dribbles at #2 cutting to the wing for a dribble handoff.

#2 drives hard off the dribble handoff with options to pass to #1, #3, and #5 based on the defensive rotation.
