Set coming out of transition, the 3 and 4 will go to the dead corner. The 5 will set a rub screen, ball side above the 3pt circle, for the 1 to come off and dribble hard to the nail. As 2 cuts hard to the basket off the switch with the 3, 1 is going to lead the 2 with a direct pass to for a score.
