This play is from the 2010-2011 Houston Rockets season. This play is best for teams with a scoring guard that can make decisions coming off of a ball screen.

1. 1 dribbles down to 2 and gives 2 a hand off.
2. 2 dribbles towards the top of the key.

1. 1 clears out towards the corner.
2. 4 & 5 come up and set ball screens lane line extended
Option 1 - 2 creates his shot of the horns action ball screen.
