Post Entry with Interchange Screen - FastModel Sports

This play is from the 2010-2011 Houston Rockets season. This play is best for teams with a passing big. Your point guard will have to be able to make shots coming off screens in order for this play to work properly. One of the keys for this play is as soon as the ball goes into the post, your 4 & 3 lift so they are in position to receive a pass if their man doubles the post.
1. 1 dribbles down and passes to 2.
2. 2 makes a post entry pass to 5.
3. 4 and 3 lift up
4. 2 sets a ball side flare screen for 1.
Option 1 - 1 cuts off of 2's ball side flare screen and receives a pass from 5 for a shot.
