The Hawk Set is a popular set from the NBA that allows coaches to run a variety of actions. Here is an action to post up a guard and provide good spacing.
- 1 dribbles down floor. 3 will cut off 5 as 1 reaches the top of key. 1 passes to 3. If 3 is fronted, 1 could pass to 5 and 5 makes the high low pass.
- 1 will cut away to the opposite slot as 5 pins down for 2.
- 2 and 1 spot up on top as 3 goes 1-1. 5 goes to the dunker spot and 4 holds the corner and can work in.
