  • Frame 1 - Fill spots in secondary break with wings out wide and first post man across half court posts up.

  • Frame 2 - The first look is to the wing and into the post. The other players fill their spots.

  • Frame 3 - If the ball cannot be passed into the post from the wing, we reverse the ball and look for the HI/LOW pass.

  • Frame 4 - If the post entry is not there, we reverse the ball across the top and to the opposite wing. The post follows the ball inside.

  • Frame 5 - Once the ball has been reversed, we look inside to the 4. As this is happening, the 2 has cut to the block and sets a small on big backscreen for the 5 who cuts to the rim for the lob. The 2 shapes up for the shot on the backscreen.

  • Frame 6 - If no shot is there 2 will reverse the ball to 1 and we are back into our 4 MAN FLEX.
