Today's FastDraw Drill of the Day is "Correlation Layup Drill". Another great peer pressure drill.
Player 1 starts the drill by making a dribble move and attacking the cone. At the cone, player 1 will jump stop, reverse pivot, and deliver a crisp CHEST pass to Player 2, who leaves from half court on Player 1's jump stop. The team must execute perfectly a certain number of times designated by the coach. The NUMBER is more important than the drill because the Peer Pressure placed on each teammate is what builds focus and concentration while playing.
