Here is a Horns set utilized by Lithuania in the FIBA European Championships against France.

#4 will screen down for #3 who receives the entry pass from #1. #5 will set a flex screen for #2 as #1 screens for #5.
#3 hits #5 at the top as #2 and #1 cut to the corners. #4 slides up to the wing.
#5 goes into a dribble handoff with #3. #3 attacks off dribble.
#5 rolls to rim and #4 fills behind. #1 and #2 spot up in the corners.
