This is not a very dynamic set but it is a very effective one. If you have a great shooter make him your inbounder and if the defense jumps to take away the corner three the fake handoff counter will be available.

5 will stop across his man and catch the entry pass near the 3pt line

1 will loop behind 5 looking for the corner 3pt shot or the middle drive

If the defender is trailing 1 he should take the handoff and attack the rim.

If the defense jumps to cover the shooter, 5 can twist and fake the handoff and attack the rim.
