Box set, with 1 on the ballside block - 4 and 5 on the elbows. 1 makes a zipper cut to receive the inbounds pass. 5 comes on a ball screen as 3 clears to the corner.

If 1 does not have the drive or pass on the initial ball screen, 4 comes to screen the ball, as 2 steps in and 5 clears.
