Drill that combines multiple ball handling skills. Focus is on retreating, change of direction and escape dribbling.
Start facing the baseline.
Player 1 retreat dribbles/back dribbles to the elbow with left hand.
Once 1 reaches the elbow, perform change direction move and attack opposite block with an escape or push dribble with right hand.
Once at the opposite block, retreat backwards to the elbow then change direction and attack the opposite block.
Repeat for 5-8 reps.
