- Player 1 tries to get downhill and break the paint (shaded in yellow).
- Player 2 tries to keep 1 in front and prevent them from breaking the paint.
- Player 1 will have 5 seconds to try and attack the paint.
- Player 2 needs to get 3 stops in a row before switching to offense.
