Quick hitter to get the ball on the block. Make defense decide how they will guard wing to post screen in the post. Wing sets a cross screen then gets a quick downscreen for the shot. Important the wing sets a good, hard screen in the paint in order to occupy defender.

Start in 1-4 set. #1 dribbles away from the ball screen then comes back across to use ball screen by #4. #3 sets cross screen for #5 looking to get a quick post up.

If #5 is not open for the quick post #3 comes off the down screen from #4 for the jump shot at the FT line or top of the key.
