If you're like me, you HATE the traditional three-man weave drill because players don't take it serious, players make bad passes, players travel during the drill and players shoot uncontested lay-ups (which rarely happens in games).
Here's two great variations of the three-man weave that are actually game-like and will get your players better!

After passing, Player 3 will immediately close out on Player 2 for live 1v1.
Player 1 can provide help at the block or elbow.
Player 2 gets five dribbles to score.
Player 1 passes to Player 2 and then circles around them and sprints to the wing.
Player 2 receives the pass and then passes to Player 3 on the wing.
After passing, Player 2 will sprint to the midline in the lane.
Player 3 will catch and shoot the pass from Player 2.
