About This Play/Drill

The Knicks ran this play after a time out midway through the fourth quarter of their game 2 win over the Celtics.  It involves a handoff, touch pass on the run, and a ball screen.  If you have a small line-up, the Knicks were using Melo at the 4 and Martin at the 5, this is a great way to spread the floor and set up a middle ball screen.  This is a very quick hitting play, so the timing of the passes and spacing to complete the passes is important.
