Option 3 out of Montenegro's Elbow set that they ran against Belgium in EuroBasket Women 2017.
If 2 is not open on the flare screen from 4, 4 re-screen for 2 into a side pick-&-roll. 4 rolls to the basket as 5 clears the paint to create space for 4 by lifting to the elbow.

5 pops out for an elbow catch from 1. 1 follows her pass. 5 fakes handoff. 4 screens down for 3. 5 passes to 3.

2 sets rip screen for 5. 4 flare screens for 2. 2 flares to the left wing. 3 passes to 2. 2 attacks to basket on catch.

Option 2:
4 re-screens for 2. 2 comes off the ball-screen. 4 rolls to the basket. 2 passes to 4. 5 lifts to elbow to clear space.
