I have seen Louisville men use this play or a variation throughout the 2012-2013 season. They ran it in the semi-finals vs. Wichita State but misconnected on the backdoor pass.

4 across the baseline set. 1 inbounds to 4 cutting out to ball side elbow. At same time, 2 cuts out to opposite wing. 5 hesitates for a one-count and the cuts to opposite elbow. 4 fakes a pass to 5 at the elbow and then hits him going back door versus overplaying defender.

SECOND OPTION: If 5 is not open, 3 screens in for 1. 4 looks to hit 1 in corner for 3 point shot.
