This is a Zone Offense action that we used last year with Fort Myers High School. When the play is run correctly it is very hard to guard every option.
Guard (1) passes to wing, Big/Guard (4) that is opposite elbow slices through the zone. (5) is really trying hard to post/seal. Opposite wing (3) flare screens for the guy who made initial pass (1).
Looks=
1. 5 in the post
2. 4 in short corner
3. 1 on the flare
4*. 3 slipping back to the ball after setting the flare.
