Gonzaga used this play against Syracuse in the Sweet 16. Against Syracuse's zone defense, Mark Few did a variety of things but on this action he overload the right side leaving a shot open on the left wing.

1 passes to 2 on the right wing.

1 and 3 exchange.
2 passes to 3 who passes to 1.
5 flashes high.

3 cuts through to the opposite corner.
1 dribbles middle and passes to 2.
4 and 5 move to the right pulling the defenders with them.

5 sets a screen for 2.
2 tries to get x2 to commit to the penetration then passes out to 1 for a shot.
