Here is a set used by Texas A&M early in the Sweet 16 game against Oklahoma. The big steps out to get the ball and runs a Chicago action with the 4 man (pin down followed by dribble handoff).

1 dribbles towards 2 who makes a back cut.
5 steps out and gets the ball.

4 sets a pin down for 3 followed by a handoff from 5.
