This is a good play to make defenders chase. Before cutting off of the cross-screen from 1, 5 acts as if he is screening for 2 in the corner as a misdirection.

1 gives the ball to 3 on a handoff then gets a back-screen from 4.

3 passes to 4.
1 sets a back-screen for 5.
4 passes to 5.
