The inbounder is the most forgettable player in baseline and sideline out of bounds plays. In this set, Notre Dame took advantage of North Carolina by playing small. Knowing that a big man (Isaiah Hicks) was guarding the inbounder, they decided to run a play for the inbounder (Steve Vasturia) off of a stagger screen. This allowed him to get a wide open look.

1 starts in the middle of the lane and uses 5 to get open in the corner.
1 dribbles to the wing and passes to 3 cutting to the top of the key.

1 sets the first screen for 2 and 5 follows with the stagger screen.
4 cuts opposite as 2 catches on the wing for a 3pt shot.
