After passing to 2, 1 makes a flare cut off of a screen from 5.

2 looks to pass to 1 for the shot.

If 1 isn't open, he continues to the corner.

5 sets a ball-screen for 2 then rolls to the basket.

As 5 rolls, 4 replaces 5.

Option 2: Hand-Off

In option 2, 2 isn't open on the cut so 1 dribbles to the wing and gives the ball to 2 on a dribble hand-off.

3 cuts through the lane to the opposite corner.

4 clears out to the opposite corner.

5 sets a ball-screen for 2.

5 rolls to the basket and 3 cuts up to replace 5.

2 can pass to 5 at the basket, 4 in the corner, or to 3 popping up for the shot.
